The system holds 4 auctions, 2 hours each time on a monthly basis and it has access of up to hundreds and thousands of vehicles of different makes and models.

How to search for a car of my choice within the site?
Our Auction site has a vast variety of cars to choose from, you can click on ‘Auction Stocklist’ which is positioned on the left panel of the site. Inside you will be able to see the list of cars available. You can choose to either search manually or make use of the search engine function which is also provided in the same page.

What makes me eligible to bid for the cars?
Only registered members can participate in the car auction. To become a member and begin benefiting from this service, please fill up our registration form. Approval of applications are subjected to the legitimacy of the entries in the form, the administrator has sole rights to reject an application.

How do I know when does the auction occur?
The commencements of the auctions are conducted on every Monday and the time can be obtained from the calendar on the main page of the site.

If another customer bids on the same vehicle, and we both bid over the reserved price, who wins?
Whoever has the highest bid when the auction closes will win the bid.

How do I find results of my bid?
You will be notified via email after the auction is closed. Please wait at least 24hrs for notification, if you still have not received confirmation, please contact Singapore Auction Services.

How do I decide my bidding price?
To increase your chances of buying the vehicles of your choice, customers should submit their maximum bid. Based on the characteristics of the auction, the system will generate the highest bidder for the vehicle. If the customer is successful in purchasing the vehicle, they will be invoiced for the price of the vehicle that they have specified in their bid. We would like to remind you that if your bidding price is below the reserved price, we will assume that it is an unsuccessful bid and put it under ‘Private Negotiation’. The seller will then approach the buyer personally to reach a consensus.

How many days would be required to ship my vehicles?
The delivery will differ depending upon the shipping schedule for each destination. However, the cars will be shipped as soon as possible on the next available ship.

What if I already have a security deposit with Singapore Auction Services?
Presume the customer has $20,000 security deposit with Singapore Auction Services, and they have won the bid of a car for $15,000, the payment of the car will be deducted off the deposit. The balance can be topped up to bid for other cars or it can be refunded.

Who grades the quality of the cars?
Grading is done by STA Inspection Pte Ltd; they have 20 years of professional experience in vehicle inspection related services. They are licensed by Singapore Land Transport Authority to conduct road worthiness inspection for all types of vehicles: cars, lorries, buses, vans and motorcycles.

What other costs are charged for a vehicle?
The price you bid is the local price. The sellers will absorb the towing charges from the EPZ. ONLY the buyer will pay a auction fees to the company.
